Betsy Re-Elected to the Foothill-De Anza Board of Trustees
Thanks to all my friends and supporters, I was re-elected to the Foothill-De Anza Board of Trustees on November 6, 2012. I am sincerely grateful to everyone of you who voted for me. I look forward to serving the students and the voters who make up the Foothill-De Anza Community College District.
The Foothill-De Anza District has almost 200,000 voters and includes Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Stanford, Sunnyvale, and parts of San Jose and Santa Clara. Reaching those voters was essential to my campaign and your support made that possible.
I am committed to high quality programs that result in student success. Using all my experience as a current Foothill-De Anza Trustee, former mayor, teacher and banker, I will continue to work for our students, teachers, and community. I look forward to serving you for the next four years.
"Betsy is deeply committed to the Foothill-De Anza students and our community. Her continued leadership, energy and experience are crucial for the colleges."
Anna G. Eshoo, Congresswoman "I have worked with Betsy for many years. Foothill-De Anza needs Betsy's continued leadership. She knows the community and understands how to make tough decisions for the students and the community."
